Job Summary: The Senior Director, Employee Health, has overall responsibility and accountability for employee health programs and services throughout the WMCHealth Network of hospitals. Responsibilities include developing, directing, and evaluating system-wide employee health activities and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, accreditation requirements, and hospital policies and objectives.
