Corporate Health Services Manager providers leadership to the OHN Staff at three manufacturing facilities in Louisiana and Texas, and brings value to the organization by identifying and implementing a wide array of best practice corporate health, wellness and safety programs and policies, ensuring quality care for employees in onsite and offsite primary care clinics, coordinating provider and vendor services, preparing and presenting Health Services outcome reports to senior management and throughout the organization, and working closely with individuals, teams and leaders to set and achieve health and safety goals and program expectations to maintain an exceptional safety record and a positive corporate wellness culture. Requirements: 5+ years of relevant nursing, BSN RN, Expert in clinical care, in occupational health related services and regulatory requirements, Case Management, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, Workplace Wellness and Pandemic Preparedness and Response. Preferred: 3 years in leadership and business operations, Certified OHN.
