OFFICIAL TITLE: Staff Assistant, End User Support SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Associate Director of End User Services SUPERVISION EXERCISED: May supervise temporary or student support personnel.
General Statement of Duties: This position is responsible for assisting in the support of the University's end-user service technologies. In addition, this position supports both classroom and lab technologies and assists in supporting the needs of the IT Help Desk and Laptop Repair Depot.

This is a full-time, benefited, exempt, professional APA position. The firm annual starting salary for this position is $45,000.
