Position Information: The Medical Assistant works interdependently with other medical professionals in Occupational Health & Safety Services to provide quality health care to the patient. The Medical Assistant provides direct patient care under the direction of a physician and supervision of a Registered Nurse by performing specific services in caring for the personal needs and comforts of the patient. The Medical Assistant understands the needs of the department and supports the mission and values.
Experience Requirements: 2 Years Clinical - Medical Assistant Preferred
Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And College Courses Medical Assisting Preferred
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Certified Medical Assistant Required
