IT@JH Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS) is seeking a Sr. ERP Business Analyst who is responsible for the day-to-day support of SAP systems supporting supply chain functions and its users, as well as working on enhancements to the SAP system. Special projects as assigned.
Specific duties & responsibilities:
Assisting EBS supply chain users with technical issues and project support. Clients range from Shared Services Directors leading projects to end users directly interacting with SAP functionality. This position will sometimes lead a small project from the EBS vertical with support of the EBS Manager, but mostly this position provides day to day technical support.
Work is categorized in four ways: Analysis/Requirements Gathering, Support/Relationships, Testing/Documentation, and Implementation/Maintenance. Work is assigned in monthly sprints and daily day to day support.
Specific devices, software, projects:
Responsible for JH issued laptop as well as their own home office equipment. Some equipment will be provided by the department such as a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
Responsible for maintaining the functionality of SAP applications dedicated for supporting supply chain processes. Understanding the supply chain processes using the SAP applications is critical to support and enhancement.
Scale/size of area, project and/or system supported:
Supports the primary clients of EBS supply chain which consists of 10-20 Shared Services users. Also support is given to shopping cart users which fluctuates between 8-11k users although the position will not interact directly with all users, the position reacts to system issues which affects that population of users.
On-call requirements: Required to be on-call 8-9 non-consecutive weeks per year.
