Excellent opportunity for an experienced BC Occupational Medicine Physician to join our highly trained team!
BANNER HEALTH is seeking BC Physicians in either Occupational Medicine, IM, FM, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine, or Public Health, for an employed practice opportunity in our Phoenix, Arizona location.
Our Occupational Health Provider will perform clinical Occupational Health Services, demonstrating competence in the evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and the performance of specialty examinations provided to patients, employers, and payors associated with Banner Occupational Health Services.
Qualifications and details include:
BC in Occupational Medicine/ Internal Medicine /Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
3-years of Occupational Health experience required
DOT Certifications upon hire or within one year of hire date
ACLS and BLS certified or able to obtain certification within 6 months of employment
Ability to read and interpret EKGs and exercise treadmill stress tests a plus or able to obtain training within 6 months of employment
Full-Time and Per Diem opportunities are available
Schedule: M - F | 7:30a - 4:00p
