The Nurse Manager, IPC is an expert nurse who demonstrates expertise in leadership at the systems level that is sustainable, creative, and complex. In collaboration with the Nurse Executive, the incumbent creates a safe, positive work environment which enhances care delivery and professional development of clinically competent staff. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
