Administer day to day operational activities of assigned Tisch School of the Arts facilities. Collaborate with various University offices (i.e.Purchasing, Capital Projects and Facilities, Facilities and Construction Management (FCM), Campus Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, and Information Technology Services) and outside contractors to coordinate and administer projects. Ensure compliance with University and municipal building codes and regulations. Manage work of contractors and vendors in Tisch facilities.
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 2+ years relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in office & project management.
Preferred Experience: 2+ years Experience in academic and/or performing arts environment
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organization, time management, interpersonal, problems solving, written and oral communication skills. Ability to interpret and communicate policies and procedures. Experience in Microsoft and Google suites
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Ability to interact with diverse audience. Familiarity with construction technology (i.e. CAD). Working knowledge of drawings and building systems Familiarity with building management systems.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $94,000.00.
