This position serves as the Whole Health Program Director and Chief Clinician Well-Being Officer (CWO) at the Minneapolis VA Health Care System. The CWO is responsible for creating and maintaining a facility-wide culture of well-being and increased resiliency through collaboration with key program offices, executive leadership, middle management, and employees to support self-care and practice redesign efforts. Education: Doctoral degree in psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Psychological Clinical Science Accreditation System (PCSAS), or the Canadian
