We are seeking a Facilities Space Planning Manager who will manage space allocation, personnel/department relocation, leasing and strategic space planning requirements for Johns Hopkins University Student Services (USS) across all campuses. This role is directly responsible for coordinating all required activities necessary for personnel/department relocation, including preparing scopes of work and regular communications with all stakeholders. This role will support the senior director in strategically assessing space needs within USS, managing lease agreements, keeping abreast of trends in academic space configuration, recommending innovative solutions, and providing support determining long and short-term space needs.
