The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) is seeking a Sr Academic Program Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring successful academic oversight of the department's graduate and undergraduate programs. The position is responsible for assisting the department Administrator and the Directors of Academic Studies with administrative tasks related to the activities for 300+ students. The position will organize, update and maintain office files, process all documents related to ECE graduate and undergraduate academic affairs, maintain consistent data across software applications used by all University and Whiting School offices, assist with recruitment, admissions, scheduling, and event planning for the department's academic programs.
