The Johns Hopkins Carey Business School Office of Global Marketing and Communications is seeking a professional, highly organized and collaborative Sr. Administrative Coordinator-Temp. to serve in temporary capacity. The Temporary Senior Administrative Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring that the Office runs smoothly through the efficient management of administrative and operational functions until such time as a full-time replacement can be hired. With an emphasis on administrative management for the Associate Dean and Staff of the Office of Global Marketing and Communications (MarComm), they will also be responsible for managing the department's budget including monthly reporting, expense tracking and reporting, department invoices, and reimbursements.
