The Director of Quality, Safety and Values (QSV) is a member of the executive management team reporting to the VA Puget Sound Health Care System (VAPSHCS) Director. S(he) makes policy determinations and implements practices and strategies that enable continuous improvement, system redesign, and identification and mitigation of risk across all services and sites of care. To qualify for this position, you must meet the basic requirements as well as any additional requirements (if applicable) listed in the job announcement. Applicants pending the completion of training or license requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
