San Francisco: Independent Contracted Providers Needed
Dignity Health's The Franciscan Treatment Room and Saint Francis Memorial Hospital Health Center in San Francisco, CA, affiliated with Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, are seeking Independent Contracted Occupational Medicine Physicians. Our clinics provide treatment of work-related injuries and medical surveillance services such as pre-employment and DOT physicals.
Our Independent Contracted Providers are paid hourly as a 1099 and need to provide their own malpractice insurance.
Opportunity Highlights:
Clinics are open M-F, 7:30 - 5
Providers alternate 7:30 -4 and 8:30 - 5 shifts
No call, no after hours
Cover primarily acute and follow up work-related injuries, also pre-employment physicals
Requirement:
Ability to work a minimum of one shift/week, with an opportunity of up to four shifts/week
Preferred:
Experience in Occupational Medicine
BC in Occupational Medicine
Alternatively, physicians with a background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics, ED, or Urgent Care
DOT certification (upon start of work)
