PROJECT COORDINATOR, EHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EHS-MS), Environment, Health and Safety Office (EHS), to coordinate and perform day-to-day operational and administrative activities, including administration, finance, information technology (IT), communications and outreach, and other functions. Will support, enhance, and provide innovation to EHS-MS functions and systems; provide training on relevant procedures and the use of supporting technologies; nurture strong relationships with constituents of the EHS-MS and develop a clear understanding of how to maximize EHS-MS effectiveness for all involved; coordinate special projects that require analysis of issues, coordination among various parties, and coordinating with technology resources in the design, development, and implementation of new business processes and technologies; create and facilitate print, web, and social media communication efforts for EHS Office; contribute to EHS-MS/IT team operations of EHS-MS programs/projects; validate and test reporting tools; monitor currency of web-based EHS-MS content and update web pages and attachments; participate in meeting and/or special event coordination; participate in developing communication guidance for special projects; and perform other duties and work on special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; two years' comparable work experience; experience delivering effective training and presentations; experience writing effective guidance and communications materials for end-users and stakeholders; excellent customer service, business writing, and editorial skills; ability to quickly develop working knowledge of digital/information technology, software and platforms, and cutting-edge technologies; flexibility; and self-motivation. Must be able to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences simply and clearly, in both formal and informal ways, through a multitude of media; plan projects and initiatives and manage schedules to meet milestones and deadlines; and work as part of a team.
