The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,700-111,500. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience, geography, and qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and/or equity depending on the position offered.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Develop and manage 3E sustainability content. Serve as an industry and sustainability expert analyzing client needs, challenges, and objectives to develop content and solutions to achieve business objectives. Monitor, research and analyze emerging sustainability and regulatory requirements such as EU Chemicals Strategy, Extended Producer Responsibility, and various Environmental and Social Governance requirements to identify emerging content development needs Develop business and regulatory requirements for new content Analyze emerging regulations and develop requirements to integrate new content in our solutions Identify best practices in analyzing product sustainability and work with product owners and managers to incorporate these practices in our products. Provide regulatory support to 3E businesses. Serve a 3E global sustainability expert: Proactively stay abreast of latest major global sustainability initiatives Conduct customer webinars, conference presentations and write regulatory summaries and news related to sustainability topics. Attend industry events and tradeshows. Publicly represent and promote 3E’s industry expertise on sustainability.
Who You Are (Education and Qualification Requirements):
5-10 years of successful Product Stewardship and Sustainability experience is required. A background in the chemical or discrete manufacturing industry is preferred. Experience in environmental and social governance policy setting is a plus. Excellent writing and strong computer application skills are required. Bachelor’s degree required, specifically a degree in Chemistry/Biology/Environmental Science or a related field is required. (A Master’s or J.D. highly preferred.)
Industry expert: In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements combined with practical experience of applying the requirements into a company’s compliance efforts. Strong customer relations skills: Service oriented (incl. listening to client’s needs/ expectations as well as producing a creative solution to help clients) Effectively utilizes analytical skills to solve customer business problems. Ability to change pace in a service of the customer. Project Management. Excellent time management, diligence and overall strong organizational skills and ability to deliver results.
