We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst who will be a integral member of the School of Nursing's (SON) Information Technology Services Help Desk team. Provide first and second level technical support for SON students, staff, and faculty. Escalate more complex support issues to other teams, as appropriate. Primary support will involve troubleshooting, resolving, and thoroughly documenting computing device and peripheral device hardware, software, and network connectivity problems. Assist with the deployment and maintenance of computing and peripheral device hardware and software to the SON User Community. Functional support for school-wide applications.
