We are seeking a Lifeguard who will be primarily responsible for facilitating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for patrons and staff members at the O'Connor Center for Recreation & Well-Being pool. This team of student employees works together to assist with the safety of those participating in recreational swimming, as well as being the safety team on scene to guard during Varsity Water Polo Matches and Varsity Swim Meets. They also serve as a cheerful and informative point of contact for all members and visitors entering the facility. Additionally, Lifeguards will be responsible for the implementation of facility rules, pool chemistry readings and documentation, deck cleanliness, and providing exemplary customer service all while supporting the recreation team by
