Human Resources Manager
Position Purpose: The Human Resource Manager will plan, manage, develop, and coordinate the policies, and activities of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. Required Education/Skills/Abilities Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field required. Advanced Degree in Human Resource Management and/or HR Certification highly preferred (HRCI or SHRM). At least three years of human resource management experience required. Thorough knowledge of all HR functions including employment-related laws and regulations, employee benefits administration and talent management.
