Under the general supervision of the HR Employment Supervisor, the Employment Specialist coordinates and oversees the entire new hire onboarding process from the beginning to the end, meeting both the needs of the new hire and hiring manager. They troubleshoot issues and ensure completion of all new hire documentation within HR systems. They serve as the primary contact to new hires and guide them through the entire hire process. They share responsibility of new hire visits and assist with responsibilities in organizing and facilitating the monthly New Employee Orientation.
