Amend at UCSF seeks to recruit a Director of Strategy & Innovation to develop and oversee initiatives aimed at advancing the Amend program's strategic development and impact and to serve as the key manager of a growing team within the Amend Program. The incumbent will manage and provide technical direction in conjunction with the Faculty Director and Chief Program Officer for a complex, high-visibility academic program that conducts strategic science, and policy and practice translation to transform correctional culture in U.S. prisons by drawing on public health, occupational health, human rights, and international best policies and practices in prison management and rehabilitative services. Th
