Job TitleRegional Facilities Manager Job Description SummaryThis position provides managerial oversight of portfolio of client facilities, including retail stores, and leads a team of multiple Facilities Managers and Engineers. The Regional Facilities Manager has overall responsibility for the implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure well-managed, well-maintained buildings and facilities. Emphasis is placed on the positive response to the requirements of the client, environmental health and safety, and quality programs. The position is the primary liaison with the regional client and leads team in the coordination of services, finance, vendor management and staffing required to meet the needs of the facilities management.
