Reporting to the Associate Director of Business Development and Strategy at Risk & Safety Solutions (RSS), the Marketing and Sales Manager develops and executes a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that supports RSS' Platform sales, focuses on growing the external customer base, retention, and satisfaction efforts for existing customers. The incumbent fosters a collaborative environment across multi-functional, inter-department teams to establish and achieve goals and objectives with autonomy. In consultation with RSS senior management team, develops marketing/outreach strategies that have a critical impact on the organization's growth, success and efficiency. Manages internal and external initiatives, strategies, campaigns, and messaging to build support for RSS and its platform for new and existing customers. Promotes an integrated approach, provides vision, direction, and leadership in brand building, communications, sales, and marketing. Envisions and implements strategic efforts to generate interest and leads for the sales and customer service team. Provides guidance to a team of professionals to effectively execute initiatives, and achieve goals in accordance with established policies.

Experience using tools for tracking sales, marketing and communications activities and creating reports/ analyzing data to measure overall strategy success.
Communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
Skill to think strategically and align decisions to develop effective market research and analysis to help inform the creation of marketing plans that achieve desired outcomes.

Certified Agile Leadership, ICAgile Certified Professional, Six Sigma Certification.
Master's degree in communication, marketing, education, journalism, e-media or other relevant field.
Experience to produce results and achieve defined goals within budget and time constraints.

RSS Hybrid work schedule requires 3 days onsite.
Occasionally work flexible schedule outside of standard working hours.
