Job Summary: This position is in the Occupational Health Division (OHD) of the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH) within WisCon, OSHA's Onsite Consultation Program. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: 1) promptly answering e-mails and phone call requests from clients, 2) establishing electronic case files for consultants on our team 3) exporting reports from our database to Excel on a routine and scheduled bases, 4) assisting with periodic internal quality audits, 5) reserving fleet vehicles for non-WisCon staff, 6) assisting with miscellaneous front office support tasks.
