Job Summary Provide exceptional customer service while cleaning and maintaining college academic buildings and assisting with event setups. Responsibilities
Clean and maintain assigned areas, tasks, supplies, and equipment.
Collaborate and work with staff and student employees to accomplish goals, metrics, and responsibilities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to the Bethel Community and its guests through the completion of work orders, radio calls, projects, and event setups.
Collaborate and work with staff and student employees to accomplish goals, metrics, and responsibilities.
Seasonal duties: snow shoveling, leaf removal, etc.
Additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a collaborative, team.
Must have an excellent customer-service attitude.
Attention to detail is essential.
Must be able to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple duties.
Experience
1 year of custodial experience is preferred. Education
Required:
High School Diploma, or equivalent.
Additional Information
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to be physically active and to walk for extended periods of time.
Complies with environmental health and safety requirements and procedures as outlined in University and State policies and directives.
This position is considered essential personnel and must be available outside of normal working hours if needed to support contingency operations such as snow removal or support of special events.
40 hours per week, 12 months a year position.
Will require overtime.
Pay: $16.50/hr
