Responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining clinical compliance for faculty to meet clinical compliance with clinical agencies prior to clinical assignments and to ensure maintenance of CONHI faculty active, unencumbered RN licensure.
Essential Duties:
Compliance:
Review all incoming clinical requirements for clinical faculty including verifying completed lab results.
Liaison with Health Services and/or other clinical labs to ensure clinical requirements are met.
Request all clinical requirements as needed from faculty to facilitate timely clinical course start times.
Communicate the status of clinical requirements before each course with the Associate Chair(s)/Department Chair.
Monitors CONHI Nursing faculty RN Licensure to ensure active unencumbered status.
Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of confidential information within Group One and Exxact.
Communicate the completeness of Group One and Exxact information storage with the Associate Chair(s)/Department Chair.
Ensure faculty meets state, regional, and clinical compliance requirements in alignment with CDC guidelines.
Communicate the status of these requirements with the Associate Chair(s)/Department Chair.
Review and document all clinical compliance processes and policies.
Systems:
Run routine and on-demand activity reports and follow-up.
Approve documents (or change to other status and notify faculty) as needed in Exxat.
Complete email templates for all compliance items (with step-by-step directions), store in shared Compliance folder, and provide consistent naming convention for all documents.
Support:
Update compliance training courses and name appropriately.
Create educational videos as needed for faculty.
Run routine and on-demand activity reports and follow-up.
Attend UG faculty and team meetings at the start of each clinical course and Student Orientation.
Maintain DUNFC mailbox.
CPR Coordinator with ANSA
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing.
APRN licensure
Two (2) years clinical experience in ARPN role.
Preferred Qualifications:
DNP/APRN with minimum of three (3) years of Clinical Experience in APRN Role.
Employee Health or Occupational health experience.
