The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is actively recruiting for a Social Worker to work within the Community Resource and Referral Center (CRRC). The CRRC Social Worker works at a community site where chronically homeless Veterans or Veterans who are at risk of becoming homeless can access immediate services.
