Brown University invites applications for a 2-year Mellon Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Anthropology of Environment and Health.The position is to be held jointly in the Department of Anthropology and at the Cogut Institute for the Humanities. We seek a scholar with a theoretically and ethnographically grounded approach to studying the relationship between environment and health, broadly construed. The postdoctoral research associate will teach two courses per year in environmental and/or medical anthropology, to be cross-listed in the Cogut Institute's Humanities course offerings.
