The expected base pay for this faculty position is $260,000 (assistant professor), $280,000 (associate professor) to $300,000 (professor). This position is entitled to quarterly supplements totaling an additional $105,000 per year subject to meeting the clinical days worked minimum (approximately 180 clinical days per year). 

This position also qualifies for a productivity bonus of up to $90,000 per year based on meeting work relative value unit (wRVU) targets and a year-end academic bonus of up to $40,000 based on meeting goals for academic productivity, education, quality, and citizenship.  All supplements and bonuses are subject to the timely completion of clinical documentation.  As a result, the annual maximum compensation for this position ranges from $495,000 to $535,000 based on academic rank and the factors described above. The levels of base pay, quarterly supplements, productivity bonus, and year-end bonus are reviewed annually and are subject to change. For more information, please contact the hiring department.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Fellowship training (or equivalent) in Breast Imaging.
• Experience in breast imaging, including mammography, ultrasound, and MRI.

• Commitment to academic excellence, teaching, and research.
