Basic Function:The position is responsible for supervising and oversight of the work and activities of the Planners responsible for planning and development applications. This includes supervision over the function of Committee of Adjustment, Planning Act development applications, pre-consultation meetings. The full range of development planning services including items such as Draft Plans of Subdivision/Condominium, Site Plans, Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Committee of Adjustment.
