The Clinic Manager (Multi-Specialty) is responsible for the managerial and administrative functions of a healthcare clinic with a focus on optimal patient outcomes. This will include, but not limited to all supervision, daily operations, human resource management, revenue cycle. Oversee the care and management of leads, front office representatives, medical assistants, technicians, professionally licensed providers, and patient care coordinators. Has administrative oversight for mid-level providers and staff physicians for timekeeping, scheduling, etc. Additionally, supports providers guides the team to assure timely access to care and high quality of services. Takes initiative and shape program direction through strategic networking, and collaboration.
The full salary range for the Clinic Manager (Multi-Specialty) is $81,500 - $150,100 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.

Minimum Requirements
Demonstrated supervisory and organizational skills to effectively supervise staff and to manage the complex workflow and multiple priorities involved with clinic/center administration.
Strong knowledge of practice operations, patient-scheduling systems, medical and insurance terminology, applicable information systems, patient service standards, and regulatory requirement and best practices.
Strong knowledge of human resources management policies, with the ability to train, monitor, evaluate, and document human resources issues and performance, and to participate in decision-making on human resources matters.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly analyze problems, determine appropriate level of intervention, and develop and apply effective solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaborations with all levels of management and staff, consultants, and outside agencies.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to train and mentor subordinates, to convey complex administrative, clinical, and technical information in a clear and concise manner, and to prepare and present a variety of reports, documentation, analyses, and project proposals.
Strong knowledge of business software and specialized applications and data management systems used in clinic/center operations.
Knowledge of internal policies, relevant federal and state laws and regulations. Ability to apply knowledge to identify compliance risks.
Ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of organization.

Generic Scope Provides direct supervision typically to professionals or skilled technical employees. Functions as advisor to unit and administration.
