We are seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee all aspects of Tower Hill’s physical plant, grounds, and infrastructure starting in July 2025. Reporting to the senior administrator in charge of operations, the Director of Facilities is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment conducive to teaching, learning, and community engagement. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership, planning, and management for facilities operations, maintenance, construction, renovation, and sustainability initiatives.
