Job Description Scope of Position The mission of Ohio State's Wexner Medical Center is to improve people's lives through innovation in research, education and patient care. The primary focus of the department of OSU Occupational Health and Wellness Services is to ensure the highest level of employee health and wellness. The goals of the department include (but are not limited to): a) provide a high level of engagement with new employees regarding health and wellness consistent with accountable care and P4 medicine principles; b) proactively engage new hires in available health and wellness services using an integrated point of entry; c) keep new hires and convert current employees to seek primary care and specialty care services within the health system; and d) provide acute care services
