Reporting to both the Disease Center Physician Leaders and the Vice President of Inpatient and Ancillary Services, the Administrative Director (AD) of the Division of Oncology Hospital Medicine coordinates all administrative aspects of the department for Hospitalist and Nocturnist faculty. The AD is responsible for ensuring all clinical and business operations are exceptionally and seamlessly managed. Serving as the liaison for both Institute and Departmental issues, the AD is tasked with developing and implementing strategic plan and clinical growth initiatives as well as fiscal and human resources management.
