The Workers' Compensation Return-to-Work Program Analyst, reports to the Manager of Workers' Compensation and Ergonomics. This position is responsible for administering all aspects of the transitional work and case management program, as it applies to UCSF Health Workers' Compensation. In addition, has the authority to make decisions necessary to mitigate loss workdays, implement process improvement and injury mitigation programs. The analyst facilitates return-to-work efforts by effectively communicating with employees, departments, medical providers and external partners (such as the third-party administrator).
