Reporting to the CFAES Director of Agricultural Operations, the research specialist/manager is responsible for coordinating management and administrative functions of the CFAES North Central and Muck Crops Agricultural Research Stations located at Fremont and Willard, Ohio. Addresses field research topics of interest to local growers, producers and stakeholders in collaboration with CFAES faculty, OSU Extension Educators and Field Specialists. Serves as a member of the CFAES Operations team working with a network of managers for CFAES farms, field labs, and research stations. Coordinates with other field stations regarding equipment, labor and other CFAES assets where required. 55% Management
