Position Summary: Teaching:
Teach courses at the undergraduate level; help with curriculum development; and other program-related activities.
Advising/Service:
Involvement in campus, community, and professional service; advising undergraduate students in the program.

Required Qualifications:
Master of Science in Nursing
An active RN license in MI or eligibility for a MI nursing license.
Effective oral/written communication skills
Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Preferred Qualifications: Preferred:
An earned terminal degree in Nursing or Nursing Education (PhD, DNS DNP), Education (EdD) or a related field.
Prior teaching experience in an undergraduate nursing program.
Experience in clinical practice.
Desired:
Experience working collaboratively with other professionals on projects and assignments (interdisciplinary experience).
Evidence of involvement with professional associations and organizations.
Proficiency in use of technology.
Effective oral/written communication skills
