The Research Technician assists research staff with the execution and documentation of applied research activities related to occupational health and the impact of AI processes on workers. This position supports ongoing research projects by assisting with qualitative and quantitative data collection activities, organizing and maintaining research data, and supporting research analysis and reporting efforts. The Research Technician performs routine research tasks under general supervision, applies established procedures to complete assignments, and provides general support to ensure efficient research operations.
Minimum Education Required
High School diploma
Additional Education Desired
Bachelors degree in occupational health, public health, psychology, sociology, human factors, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field desired.
Required Qualifications
At least one (1) year of relevant experience supporting research, laboratory, data collection, or project-based work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Experience using common research and data management tools such as spreadsheets and reference management software.
The pay range for this job profile is $15.86 - $20.74. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, the unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
